The X-Mundo from X-Percussion is a hybrid-bodied instrument that opens up a whole new world of drum set percussion right on your floor tom drum, by allowing you to play Cascara style music on the side of your floor tom without denting or dinging it. The layered plies of maple wood, infused with copper and artfully curved to follow the contour of your drum, emulate the sound of playing on a timbale shell, transforming your drumset into a latin percussion rig. The top of the X-Mundo also provides all the robust and fatter cross-stick sound enhancements that the X-Percussion X-Click is known for.
